SOCF seeking evaluation partner for 2-gen approach

February 28, 2023

SOCF is seeking an evaluation partner for the Family Partners Initiative, an initiative of Cleveland Central Promise, OhioGuidestone and Family Connections. This two-generation approach develops partnerships and supports relationships with families in Central who have preschool-aged children.

During the first three years of the initiative, the partners completed a process and outcomes evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the program’s implementation and understand how the program is achieving short-term child-, caregiver-, and family-level outcomes aligned with a two-generation approach.

SOCF is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from interested evaluation partners on the design and implementation of an evaluation of the Family Partners initiative during Years 4 and 5 (approximately May 2023 –December 2024). Submitted RFIs should describe the approaches, methods and strategies partners would use to complete the evaluation project.

Please submit a 2-3 page overview of a proposed evaluation plan for this project by Friday, March 31, 2023 to Christine Baker, cbaker@socfcleveland.org.

All details can be found in this document (PDF).
