Sean Hennessy

Sean Hennessy is a retired executive of The Sherwin-Williams Company, where he worked nearly 35 years. Most recently, he served as senior vice president, corporate planning, development and administration, and was the company's chief financial officer for more than a decade.
He currently is an independent director at TransDigm Group. He served as a board member of the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission and Business Volunteers Unlimited.
He also has volunteered his services to both St. Edward High School in Lakewood, where he graduated, and the Cleveland Catholic Diocese. He is an alumnus of the University of Akron.
Sean and his late wife, Becky, created the Becky Hennessy Endowed Master Clinician Breast Cancer Genome Fund at University Hospitals, and Sean continues his support of the research through the Becky Hennessy Golf Classic and the Miracle Fund at University Hospitals.
