Richaun Bunton, LSW, MSW
Managing Director, Cleveland Central Promise Neighborhood

In her five years with the Cleveland Central Promise Neighborhood, Richaun Bunton has formed deep connections with partners in areas of education, behavioral health, trauma-informed healing and community engagement. These relationships inform her leadership of related Promise initiatives, including early childhood education capacity, student transitions, post-secondary pathways and the Family Partners initiative. As managing director, Richaun maintains Promise leadership across key partners to develop shared goals, processes, measurement, activities and more in pursuit of collaboratively identified outcomes for Central families and children.
Before her work with Promise, Richaun was program manager for the Family and Community Engagement Office (FACE) at Cleveland Metropolitan School District for nearly a decade.
In addition to managing her career, dropping her oldest child off at college, and raising five children under age 7, Richaun recently completed a spiritual journey to become a High Priestess at Nu Aset Temple. She is an alumnus of Cleveland Bridge Builders 2020 and holds a master’s in social work from Cleveland State University.

Dawn Glasco
Manager of Engagement and Social Innovation, Cleveland Central Promise Neighborhood
A former Promise Ambassador who has been a staff member for eight years, Dawn is the eyes & ears of Promise among residents in the community. In this role, she leads the Promise Ambassador program. Her collaborative work in projects to establish digital equity, engage resilient young people and seek beauty in community art projects make her invaluable to the Promise movement.
Dawn is integral in leading and supporting key neighborhood activities and programs and finding new and innovative ways to engage communities impacted by health, racial and socio-economic inequities.
Dawn was formerly a teacher in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, and she is a Stokes Fellow in the Cleveland Leadership Center’s Advanced Leadership Institute. Dawn recently completed a master’s degree in Diversity Management and Inclusion Leadership from Cleveland State University in the program’s first graduate class.

Coretta Daniel
Starting Point Early Learning Network Coordinator, Cleveland Central Promise Neighborhood

Coretta R. Daniel, LSW, is Promise’s Early Learning Network Coordinator at Starting Point, where she manages and oversee the integration between Central’s high-quality early learning programs and other systems, providers and families in the Central neighborhood. Coretta plays a key role in the Family Partners initiative, and supports the early learning directors network to ensure Central families are connected to high-quality early learning opportunities.
