Sister Companion Overview

Young adult participants in the Ministry Leadership Program are matched with a sister companion who serves as a mentor and advisor throughout the program. This pairing provides an opportunity for a positive intergenerational formation experience around faith, spirituality and the call to serve. The participant and sister companion meet once a month at the participant’s place of employment for fellowship and discussion. They also work together to develop a mission integration project for the participant’s school.

  • Open to learning more about the life experience of young adults today
  • Appreciative of diversity
