Continuous learning is a guiding principle of the Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland
We aim to sustain a comprehensive evaluation and learning infrastructure to ensure staff and stakeholders make data-informed decisions and take action in support of the foundations mission, vision and values.
As part of this commitment, we:

Align anticipated evaluation and learning results and outcomes with the Theory of Change.

Collect, analyze and interpret evidence that demonstrates effectiveness and completion of program activities and outputs.

Organize information and evidence appropriately to improve practices and strategies and facilitate reporting, reflecting and sharing.

Generate knowledge to inform internal and external stakeholders on progress toward evalution and learning outcomes.

Contribute to field understanding of improving the lives of people living in poverty by sharing results and potential implications through multiple platforms.

Regularly revisit and adjust anticipated evaluation and learning results and outcomes to ensure decisions and actions are mission driven.
