Policy Advocacy

In addition to its programmatic initiatives to effect change, SOCF invests in strategies that address systemic challenges through policy and advocacy.

Our work to end homelessness locally is influenced by state and federal policy and strengthened by partnerships with national organizations and funders engaged in efforts to end homelessness across the country. Our many collaborative relationships have deeply informed our knowledge and understanding of homelessness on a local and national scale.

Our foundation is active in partnering with organizations who are invested in equity and systems-level policy change that will improve health outcomes for the most vulnerable populations we serve.
