Since 1996, the Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland has sought to increase the community’s ability to improve the lives of people living in poverty in the spirit of the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine. We work with grantees to evaluate outcomes and share knowledge with the community. We cultivate advocacy efforts to effect systemic change. Through community-wide collaborations, we represent the unique needs of the people we serve.
